Age Verification (21+)
Who can order, what we ask for, and when an order is cleared to ship.
VapesVozol sells VOZOL vapes to adults aged 21 and over in the United States only. You confirm you are 21+ at checkout, then upload a photo ID after the order is placed. An order ships only once the ID has been checked.
How the 21+ Check Works

| 1. Checkout | You tick the box confirming you are 21 or older. Use the name and address that appear on your ID. |
| 2. Order confirmation | The confirmation page asks you to upload a photo of a government-issued ID. You can do it there and then. |
| 3. Email link | About 15 minutes after the order, we email a secure upload link. A reminder follows at around 24 hours if the ID has not arrived. |
| 4. Review | The ID is checked against the order. Customers verified on an earlier order are normally cleared without uploading again. |
| 5. Dispatch | Once verified, the order goes out within 24 hours on business days, as set out in the shipping policy. |
Why We Ask for ID
Every device we sell contains nicotine — 5% salt nicotine across the range, as the VOZOL nicotine content page shows — and US federal law sets 21 as the minimum purchase age for nicotine products. A checkbox on its own does not prove anything, so the order is held until a photo ID backs it up.
Ordering on behalf of someone under 21 is not allowed.
What the ID Is Used For
The image is used to confirm your age for the order and nothing else. How we handle personal data in general is set out in the privacy policy.

When do I upload my ID?

After you place the order. The order confirmation page asks for a photo of a government-issued ID, and we also email a secure upload link shortly after the order in case you would rather do it later.
Do I have to upload an ID every time I order?

Usually not. Customers who have already been verified on an earlier order are normally cleared automatically.
What happens if I don't upload my ID?

The order stays on hold and does not ship. We send one reminder email about 24 hours after the order. If you need help, email service@vapesvozol.com with your order number.
