VZBull is the odd one out in the whole VOZOL catalogue: an energy-drink blend rather than a fruit, an ice or a candy. Watermelon Sour Peach and White Peach Raspberry are the two stone-fruit combinations, Melon Ice is the plainest cold melon in the range, and Blueberry Watermelon is the only berry-melon crossover.
Everything else here also appears on the Vista 40K or the Mega 50K, so if you want one of the shared flavors the flavor is not what should decide the device — that comes down to whether you want controls, which the comparison guide covers.
Why the Lineup Skews Menthol
11 of the 17 flavors here are menthol or ice profiles — 65% of the list, against 40% on the Vista 40K and 33% on the Mega 50K. The largest single family is fruit ice at 6. This is the cold list of the three, and if that is what you are after it is the one to shop.
The flip side is that the sweet end is thin. Only 2 flavors sit in the candy and dessert families, and one of those is VZBull, which is not really either. There is no bubble gum, no taffy and no gummy profile on this device; those live on the Mega 50K and the Vista 40K. What the Star does carry instead is the sour corner: Sour Apple Ice and Watermelon Sour Peach both lean tart rather than sugary, which is a different thing from sweet and is the closest this list gets to it.
A practical consequence of a cold-weighted list is that it holds up better late in the tank. Menthol carries when a coil has been running for weeks in a way that a heavy sweetener does not, and the Star has no removable pod to reset it with. Over 40,000 puffs on a fixed coil, that is worth something.
Star vs Vista 40K: How the Lineups Differ

We would rather say that plainly than pretend the two lists are further apart than they are. If one of those 4 is the flavor you want, the Star is the only way to get it and nothing else needs deciding. If it is not, then you are choosing between two devices that will very likely have your flavor either way, and the question becomes the hardware: the Star runs two output modes and a fixed airflow, the Vista four modes and an adjustable ring.
