Returns and Refunds
What we replace, what we cannot take back, and how to report a fault.
Report a faulty device within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we replace it. Opened nicotine products cannot be returned for any other reason. Because payment is cash on delivery, a refund means we do not collect rather than we send money back.
The 7-Day Fault Window
If a device arrives faulty — dead on arrival, will not charge across two cables and two power sources, leaking from the base, or firing without a draw — email service@vapesvozol.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and a photo or a ten-second clip. We replace confirmed faults.
Please do not post anything back before emailing. An unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order, and a device that fires on its own should not be in the post at all.
What We Cannot Accept Back
Opened nicotine products. Once a seal is broken the item cannot re-enter stock, so we cannot accept it back except as a confirmed fault. That is our policy, not a legal requirement.
We also cannot treat these as faults:
- Not liking the flavor. Taste is subjective and the listings describe each profile as accurately as we can.
- Fewer puffs than the printed rating. Puff counts are lab ceilings measured at a fixed draw length; real use is always lower.
- A burnt taste late in a tank. That is coil ageing, which is how sealed devices end. On a Mega 50K it is solved by a new pod.
- Damage from heat, water or a drop. Including devices left in a car.
Refunds Under Cash on Delivery
Since nothing is paid until the parcel arrives, most cancellations cost nobody anything — email us before dispatch and the order is stopped. If a fault is confirmed after delivery, we replace the device rather than process a card reversal, because there is no card transaction to reverse.
Wrong Item Received
Email us with the order number and a photo of what arrived, including the flavor printed on the device. The Mega 50K kit and the Mega 50K pod look similar in photographs, so this is worth checking before writing: the kit has a battery base with a screen, the pod does not.
