How do I pay?

Cash on delivery only. There is no card form on this site and no payment details are stored, because none are collected.
Why did I get a coverage notice after ordering?
+
Your order was recorded, but the carrier serving your ZIP code cannot currently collect cash on delivery. Nothing is charged and nothing ships until we have emailed you, which we do within one business day. Full detail is in our shipping and cash on delivery policy.
How much is shipping?
+
Standard shipping is $8.99, and free over $80. Both figures are shown on the order before you confirm it, and both are set out in the shipping and cash on delivery policy.
Can I cancel an order?

Email service@vapesvozol.com with the order number as soon as possible. Since nothing is paid up front there is nothing to refund, but we do need to stop the parcel.
Do you ship outside the US?

No. We sell within the United States only.
Devices
Which VOZOL devices do you stock?
+
The Mega 50K (as a kit and as replacement pods), the Vista 40K and the Star 40K. All are 5% salt nicotine and all recharge over USB-C.
Is any of them refillable?
+
No. All the pods are sealed at the factory. The Mega 50K pod is replaceable, which is not the same thing — you fit a new sealed pod rather than adding liquid to an old one.
Does a charging cable come in the box?

No, on any of them. That is standard across this category. Any USB-C cable works, and our charging guide covers the wattage worth using.
Do the puff ratings mean what they say?

They are laboratory ceilings measured by machine at a fixed draw length. Real use lands lower, mostly depending on how long you inhale. How long a VOZOL actually lasts works the arithmetic through by usage level.
Flavors & stock
How many flavors are there?

36 across the three devices. No single device carries all of them: the Vista 40K has 20, the Star 40K has 17 and the Mega 50K has 15. All 36 VOZOL flavors are listed on one page, cross-referenced to the device that carries each.
Are the flavor grids accurate?

Yes. They read the same catalogue the product pages use and grey out anything currently unavailable, so a flavor you can select is a flavor that can be ordered.
Can I change the flavor on a device I already own?

Only on the Mega 50K, by fitting a different pod. The Vista 40K and Star 40K are sealed single-piece devices.
Age & legal
What age do I need to be?
+
21. Federal law sets that as the minimum purchase age for nicotine products across the United States — see the FDA's Tobacco 21 page. Deliveries also require an adult signature with photo ID, which is a requirement of the federal PACT Act rather than a choice we make.
Why can you not deliver some products to my state?

Several states restrict flavored vapor products or run a registry that limits sales to products on an approved list — Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Wisconsin, Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana and Texas all operate some version of this. Those rules change often. The federal list of authorized products is the FDA's marketing orders list. Where we cannot lawfully deliver, an order will not go through.
How much nicotine is in these?
