Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 within the United States. Orders over $80 ship free. Both figures appear on the order summary before you confirm anything, so there is nothing to discover at the end.

We ship within the United States only.

Dispatch Timing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. We do not offer same-day dispatch and we do not publish an order cut-off time, because neither would be a promise we could keep every day.

Weather, carrier disruption and stock checks can delay an order beyond that window. Where that happens we email rather than let the order sit silently.

How Payment Works

You pay by credit or debit card when you place the order. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted; Discover is not. The order summary shows the item total, the shipping charge and any discount before you confirm.

Some states restrict nicotine shipments. If your delivery address is in one we cannot ship to, checkout tells you before the order is placed.

Age Verification

We sell to adults aged 21 and over in the United States only. Adult verification (21+) required — ID verified before your order ships. The upload step and timing are set out on the age verification page.

State Restrictions

Several states restrict flavored vapor products or maintain registries that limit sales to specifically approved products, and those rules change frequently. Where an order cannot lawfully be delivered to an address, it will not go through. This is not a judgement about the buyer — it is what the rules require of the seller.

Problems With a Delivery

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early — then email service@vapesvozol.com with the order number. Damaged parcels should be photographed before opening where possible.
