Shipping and Cash on Delivery
What it costs, when it moves, and where cash on delivery does and does not reach.
Standard shipping is $8.99, free over $80. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Payment is cash on delivery only, and it is limited to the areas our carriers support — you are told immediately after ordering if yours is not one of them.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is a flat $8.99 within the United States. Orders over $80 ship free. Both figures appear on the order summary before you confirm anything, so there is nothing to discover at the end.

Dispatch Timing
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. We do not offer same-day dispatch and we do not publish an order cut-off time, because neither would be a promise we could keep every day.
Weather, carrier disruption and stock checks can delay an order beyond that window. Where that happens we email rather than let the order sit silently.
How Cash on Delivery Works
There is no payment step when you place the order. You enter delivery details, confirm, and pay the carrier when the parcel arrives. No card details are collected at any point, which is also why there are none to store or leak.
The trade-off is coverage. Cash on delivery depends on the carrier serving a given address being able to collect payment there, and that is not true everywhere in the country. If your ZIP code is outside our current coverage you will see a notice straight after placing the order, and nothing will have been taken.
Adult Signature on Delivery
Nicotine products require an adult signature on delivery. Someone aged 21 or over needs to be present with photo ID; the carrier will not leave the parcel otherwise. Plan the delivery address accordingly — a workplace often works better than a home that is empty during the day.
State Restrictions
Several states restrict flavored vapor products or maintain registries that limit sales to specifically approved products, and those rules change frequently. Where an order cannot lawfully be delivered to an address, it will not go through. This is not a judgement about the buyer — it is what the rules require of the seller.
Problems With a Delivery
If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, give it 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan early — then email service@vapesvozol.com with the order number. Damaged parcels should be photographed before opening where possible.
