The terms on which VapesVozol sells through vapesvozol.com.
1. Age Restriction
This site sells nicotine products to adults aged 21 and over in the United States only. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older. Deliveries require an adult signature and photo identification. We refuse and cancel orders where age cannot be established.
2. Who We Are
VapesVozol is an independent retailer at 4040 Holly St, Denver, CO 80216. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold here and are not an appointed or exclusive channel for any brand. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where delivery to the address is restricted by law, where cash on delivery is not supported for that address, or where we cannot verify age. Nothing is charged when an order is declined.
4. Payment
Cash on delivery is the only payment method offered. No card details are collected or stored by this site. Payment is due to the carrier on delivery. Availability of cash on delivery varies by address and is confirmed after an order is placed.
5. Pricing and Product Information
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless the free-shipping threshold is met. We correct pricing errors and will contact you rather than fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price.
Specifications, including puff counts, tank volumes and battery capacities, are compiled from the manufacturer's packaging and from the distributor and retailer listings we purchase through. They are not a manufacturer statement and we do not warrant their accuracy. Puff ratings are laboratory measurements and are not a guaranteed outcome in real use.
6. Returns
Our returns position is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Opened nicotine products cannot be returned other than for a confirmed fault reported within 7 days of delivery.
7. Health Warning and Liability
These products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. They are intended for adults who already use nicotine and are not a smoking-cessation product. Keep away from children and pets; the e-liquid is harmful if swallowed.
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
