The terms on which VapesVozol sells through vapesvozol.com.
1. Age Restriction
This site sells nicotine products to adults aged 21 and over in the United States only. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older. We refuse and cancel orders where age cannot be established.
2. Who We Are
VapesVozol is an authorized online retailer for VOZOL at 4040 Holly St, Denver, CO 80216. We are not the manufacturer of the products sold here and are not an exclusive channel for any brand. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where delivery to the address is restricted by law, where the payment is not authorised, or where we cannot verify age. If we decline an order after payment, the full amount is refunded to the card used.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) when the order is placed. Card details are passed to our payment processor and are not stored by this site. Prices and the shipping charge are shown on the order summary before you confirm.
5. Pricing and Product Information
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless the free-shipping threshold is met. We correct pricing errors and will contact you rather than fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price.
Specifications, including puff counts, tank volumes and battery capacities, are compiled from the manufacturer's packaging and from the distributor and retailer listings we purchase through. They are not a manufacturer statement and we do not warrant their accuracy. Puff ratings are laboratory measurements and are not a guaranteed outcome in real use.
6. Returns
Our returns position is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. All sales are final and nothing is returnable for change of mind, opened or not. A device found faulty on arrival must be reported within 3 days of delivery and is replaced in your next order.
7. Health Warning and Liability
These products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. They are intended for adults who already use nicotine and are not a smoking-cessation product. Keep away from children and pets; the e-liquid is harmful if swallowed.
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
