What Is a VOZOL Vape?
The brand, the devices, and what 50K on the box really refers to.
VOZOL is a disposable vape brand whose current US range is built around very high capacity devices: the Mega 50K, the Vista 40K and the Star 40K. All are pre-filled with 5% salt nicotine, draw-activated, and rechargeable by USB-C. The Mega is the only one where the pod is replaceable.
Who VOZOL Is
VOZOL is a vapor hardware brand that sells internationally, with a product line that has shifted over the years from small pod systems toward high-capacity disposables. Its public catalogue is not identical in every market: the range on vozol.com is not the same as the range a US retailer stocks, which is why a device you find here may not appear on the brand's own site.
We are an independent retailer. We stock VOZOL and we sell it in the US. We do not manufacture it, we are not appointed by VOZOL, and anything about the brand's internal plans that VOZOL has not stated publicly is not something we will invent on their behalf.
How a VOZOL Disposable Works
There is very little to operate. The tank is filled and sealed at the factory with 5% salt nicotine e-liquid. Inhaling triggers a pressure sensor, which powers a mesh coil, which vaporises liquid drawn into it by a wick. There is no button to press and nothing to fill.
The one modern wrinkle is that these devices are rechargeable. A 40,000 or 50,000 puff tank far outlasts any battery that would fit in a pocket-sized body, so a USB-C port lets you recharge the battery several times over the life of the liquid. A VOZOL that has stopped producing vapor is usually flat, not empty, which is covered on the charging guide.
The Three VOZOL Devices We Stock
The Mega 50K is the two-piece one. A 650mAh base carries the battery, port and LED readout, and an 18mL pod carries the liquid and coil. When the pod empties you replace only the pod. It is the highest capacity device in the range and, through the pod, the cheapest to run. It shares its flavor list with the pods; all 36 VOZOL flavors are listed by device on one page.
The Vista 40K is the adjustable one. It holds the most liquid at 20mL, and a rotary spinner selects between four output modes while a bottom ring gives two airflow settings. It is the only device here where the draw can be materially changed.
The Star 40K is the simple one. Two modes, 18mL, a digital display, and nothing else to think about. If you want a device that behaves the same way every time you pick it up, this is the one.
What 50K on the Box Means
It is a puff count, measured in a laboratory under a standardised draw. The device is puffed by a machine at a fixed duration and interval until output falls below a threshold, and the resulting count is rounded and printed on the box.
Your number will be lower, and the size of the gap is mostly down to draw length. A two-second inhale consumes roughly half of what a four-second inhale does. Output mode matters too: running a Vista 40K in Turbo continuously will not get you 40,000 puffs, and it is not supposed to. Treat the figure as a ceiling under ideal conditions.
