On the Vista 40K and the Star 40K, the flavor you buy is the flavor you own until the device is finished. The Mega is built differently: the liquid and the coil live in a pod that pulls off the base, so changing flavor is a purchase rather than a commitment.
That has a second effect worth knowing about. Because a new pod brings a new coil, the heavier flavors on this list survive better here than they would on a sealed device. White Gummy Ice and Watermelon Razz Rancher leave more residue than the ice profiles do, and on a fixed-coil device that shows up as a dull last third.
