What We Collect

• Order details — name, delivery address, phone number, email address and what you ordered. Required to deliver and to arrange payment on delivery.
• Correspondence — the content of emails you send us, kept so we can follow a case through.
• Subscription email address, if you enter one for restock alerts.
• Usage data — pages viewed and general location, through Google Analytics.

What We Do Not Collect

No payment card numbers, expiry dates or security codes, at any point. Cash on delivery means the transaction happens between you and the carrier, so this site never handles card data and cannot lose it.

We do not sell personal data.

Who Sees Your Data

Delivery carriers receive the name, address and phone number needed to complete a delivery and collect payment. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Google Analytics receives usage data. We disclose data to authorities where the law requires it, which in this category includes age and compliance enquiries.

Cookies and Analytics

The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep a cart between pages. There is no age-verification interstitial: age is confirmed by declaration at checkout and by adult signature with photo ID on delivery. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure traffic. Blocking cookies will break the cart but not the rest of the site.

Retention and Your Choices

Order records are kept as long as tax and compliance rules require. Subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which every email includes a link for.

To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email service@vapesvozol.com. Deletion requests cannot remove records we are legally required to retain.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
